【研究方向】
长期致力于G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)信号转导机制的研究,在PNAS, Science Advances, Nature Chemical Biology, Structure等国际知名杂志发表研究成果4篇。以共同作者在Nature, Cell, Nature Communications等顶级期刊发表研究成果11篇。解析了Arrestin作为支架蛋白与MAPK级联蛋白的互作机制(PNAS 2021, Structure 2019),揭示了GPCR别构调控SH3蛋白的信号转导规律,并探索了Arrestin的催化功能,打破了Arrestin只是“接头”蛋白的概念(Nature Chemical Biology 2018),聚焦前列腺素受体EP2,补充了受体非传统的激活机制以及与下游Gs蛋白的新型作用模式(Science Advances 2021),为靶向GPCR调控基因表达及细胞质功能,精准抗炎、治疗癌症等提供理论依据。
